Kevin Thomas Fox
Kevin Fox obtained his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1992 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994. Prior to attending law school, Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario. Throughout his 17 year career Kevin’s practice has focused on the areas of wrongful dismissal and employment law.
Kevin regularly appears in the Superior Court of Justice on behalf of wrongfully dismissed employees. Kevin has also appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal on numerous occasions. In addition, Kevin regularly appears before various Tribunal Administrators, including Canada Labour Code adjudicators, Employment Standards Referees and Human Rights Adjudicators.
Kevin is a solution oriented lawyer who strives to use his extensive experience to achieve practical, customized and effective results for his clients. In addition, Kevin is an experienced and skilled litigator who understands that certain circumstances require litigation to achieve the best results for his clients. Kevin’s extensive litigation experience allows him to achieve positive results for his client in the courtroom when negotiations fail. Kevin is a former instructor of employment law and civil litigation at Seneca College and Centennial College. Kevin was a presenter at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Roundtable on “Top Employment Law Cases of 2009” held January 28, 2010.

Rita Louise Potestio
After receiving her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society and Women’s Studies from York University, Rita then furthered her studies and attended Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology to obtain the Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma. Along with acquiring her diploma, Rita was also able to obtain an Alternate Dispute Resolution Certificate (ADR) in order to assist in mediation matters. Rita subsequently completed her Paralegal work placement with Kevin Fox whom she then began working full time for in November of 2008. Rita successfully completed her Paralegal Licensing exam in January of 2009 and became a proud member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Rita is also a commissioner for taking affidavits.
